Resetting your Password

If you forget your password to your Client Portal Account, head to the Client Portal Login and select "Forgot Password".

Enter your Username in the yellow space provided and click "Reset Password."  Your Username is listed in any email you have received from your Healthcare provider.

You will get a notification that instructions have been sent to your email.  Head to your email and open the email (it will be from SimpleSet).  Click the "Reset My Password" link

Enter your new password into the two spaces provided (make sure they match!) and hit Login.  That's it!
