Manage Team Exercise Sharing Permissions

Enable the Team Exercises Permission in the Manager account to allow for shared folders in Staff accounts.

Create a Shared Folder

1. In the Staff account, navigate to the Custom tab in the Designer:

2. To create a new root folder click + Folder in the Shared Folders section of the Category Tree:

3. To create a subfolder, right click on the root folder you want to create a subfolder under and click Add Subfolder:

Share Exercises with Team Members

Create new exercises directly in a shared folder using + Create Exercise or drag existing exercises into them. Your Staff will have instant access. You can also drag exercises from the SimpleSet database into the Custom tab, then into the correct shared folder.
