Sharing Exercises with Team Members

Enable the Team Exercises Permission in the Manager account to allow for shared folders in Staff accounts.


Create a Shared Folder

  1. In the Staff account, navigate to the Custom tab in the Designer:

  1. To create a new root folder click + Folder in the Team section:

  1. To create a subfolder, choose Add Folder from the root folder menu:

Share Exercises with Team Members

Create new exercises directly in a shared folder using + Exercise or drag existing exercises into them. Your Staff will have instant access. You can also drag exercises from the SimpleSet database into the Custom tab, then into the correct shared folder. 

In your Custom tab, the content shared with your Staff will be indicated with the Team or Organization icon:
