What Are Teams?
You can separate your Staff into as many Teams as you need. Staff accounts under each Team can easily share the Clinic Header and contact information, Exercises in the Team Tab and protocols in Team Folders. Separate Teams will not share this information with each other.
1. Log in to the Admin account and navigate to the 'Teams' Manager on the top left of the page.
2. Click on 'Default Team' on the left and enter the name for your Team.
3. To add additional Teams, click on '+ Add Team'.

2. Click on the 'Team Header' button. Drag and Drop your logo to upload.
Size and Format of Custom Logo
You can use .png, .jpeg or .tiff formats for a Custom Logo in SimpleSet.
The best size for a Custom Logo in SimpleSet is 1000px wide x 250px tall (a long rectangle). Other sizes may work, but this size is recommended.
Make sure your image background is not transparent (transparent logos will not display correctly).

Customize the Header and/or Footer for Emails and Printouts
1. Log in to the Admin account, navigate to the 'Teams' Manager on the top left of the page.
2. Click on the 'Team Header' button.
3. Enter the Header and/or Footer information you would like and click 'Save Changes'.

You can set up default permissions that will automatically be applied when you invite new Staff Members to each Team.
