Creating a Custom Exercise

To create a custom exercise for your client, find the + Create Exercise button in the Designer:

1. The newly created exercise will be open and ready to edit.

2. From here you can upload an image or sketch one (if you're brave enough to attempt it!)

3. You can also now set other details about the exercise such as sets, reps and any instructions

4. Now that your masterpiece is complete, click away and it is in your Exercise Set.  

Note: This exercise will not automatically save into your Custom tab, it is only for that specific Exercise Set. Pro Tip: save it for reuse by dropping it into your Custom tab.

Using Your Mobile Device to Create a Personalized Exercise

When accessing SimpleSet from a mobile device, you have the added ability to create a custom exercise using your client as the model. You will start by using the same + Create Exercise button in the Designer to start your exercise:

1. The newly created exercise will be open and ready to edit.
2. Use the + Exercise button to add a new, blank exercise:

3. After naming the Exercise, fill in any parameters and instructions then click the Upload button:

3. You will now be prompted where to choose from. You can choose an existing photo/video or create one fresh:

3. Once you have selected or recorded your photo/video you can then perform any of the normal processes such as Save, Send or Print.
