Sharing Templates, Education Material and Outcome Measures between Team Members

Manage Sharing Permissions

Enable Sharing permissions in the Manager account to allow shared folders between Staff accounts.


Create a Shared Folder

1.  In the Staff Account, head to the appropriate tab up top - Templates, Education or Outcomes.

2.  To add a new root folder click + Folder in the Shared Folders section.

3.  To create a subfolder, right click on the Shared Folder that you want to create a sub folder under and choose Add Subfolder from the right click menu:



Share Exercise Templates with Team Members 

1.  Build your Exercise Set in the Designer and click Save.

2.  When you click Save, you will be prompted to save this new Exercise set to a Client or as a Template. Click As Template.


  1. The next screen you see will give you the option to select the shared folder that you want to save to. You can also name the Exercise set before you finish. Select the shared folder where you want to save the Exercise Set to, choose a name and Save.


Share Education Material and Outcome Measures with Team Members

  1. Create shared folders the same way as described above.
  2. Once you have created the Education content, click Save:

  1. Drag the saved content into the shared folder and confirm the move. This Education is now available to anyone that has access to that shared folder
