Using the Search Bar

How To Use The Search Bar

1. Search through the entire database using the search bar. Results will be narrowed as you add more specific search terms.

2. Choose a tab to specifically search the content within that tab. SimpleSet contains all SimpleSet content, Custom contains any exercises you make changes to or create yourself (including Stacks), Starred are your favourite exercises.
